I love to visit the The Lighthouse shop in Glasgow. Their changing display of large name designers such as Marimekko and their support of new designers is always a delight to see.
Some present designers within the shop are:
Teresa Green Design - Textile design and interior products
Alison MacLeod - Jewellery
Creepy Tree - Screenprinted cards
Anna Lewis - Screenprinted Leather Jeweller
looks like a lovely shop! it's so funny how we cross paths on our internet endevours - I visited Anna Lewis' site the other day ;)

Karin – it is a lovely shop and they always make a point of changing the ‘main’ display regularly. I like to visit on my lunchbreak and always come away feeling inspired. They stock a lot of ceramic work too. I will try to take a note of some of the designers they stock when I am next in :)
Chicadecanela – it is very inspiring place. Just wish there were more shops like this in Glasgow. I might try and take a photo of their small window display and post it here
Shari - thanks! I’m glad you like the links. It is good to be back after a break
Lisa S – you are welcome my dear!
Susanna – Hi! Thanks for your kind words. Happy you like the site
Maria – I will try to post more about this shop, I’m sure you would love it

Jan - thank you so much! can't wait to use it
Sharon - it's funny I was thinking that I really need to plan a trip through to Edinburgh to investigate the shops :)

you should! maybe all the people who live within reasonable distance of each other should arrange little group days out in each other's cities/towns so they can show each other shops, cafe's, galleries etc that they like - i'm due a trip through to see abigail soon to look at galleries and stuff so maybe we could combine!

Hey Natalie,
I've been super-busy so I haven't visited here for a little while but WOW I'm glad I came back when I did! :) your recent drawings are all so stunning... they blew me away... so delicate yet so powerful as images... the colours and lines work so well together... beautiful beautiful stuff :) And all the links in this post were so inspiring - each one grabbed me in some way - I visited all of the links and I feel inspired to run off and make something now! (which has gotta be a good thing!) anyway.. thankyou! :) I feel like I've just be re-energised :) x
