...To say that I am behind with the online world is a huge understatement at the moment. A major life event has been keeping me very occupied (more on this soon!) Apologies to everyone who has emailed me or left a comment recently and haven't received a response - I will endeavour to catch up
Aurum Stria hand printed cards available from Papa Stour
Some readers may have already read on Mav's site that our collaboration of hand printed limited edition cards is now being sold on Papa Stour! Our first UK based stockists of our art and letterpress collaboration.
( Check out our little photo on the artist's page too. It makes me smile that we hare born within days of each other, have collaborated together but have still never met! )
We are extremely happy and proud to be part of Rosie's fabulous web store as we have both been long admirers of Rosie's vision with Papa Stour.
Here is quote from Papa Stour
"In a world of mass produced products, Papa Stour choose to relish in the opposite and embrace art and craftsmanship in its purest form."
I love that Rosie chooses to showcase the original and the handcrafted. I am also delighted that the artists and makers featured come from all over Scotland.
Please check out the other artist's work too on Papa Stour - the collection of work seems so cohesive due to Rosie's styling and vision (and maybe all the artist's and maker's Scottish roots show through in the work too!)
Recently I read on Karin Eriksson blog that she gave our card's to a friend as a wedding gift and I just love this idea!
Thanks to everyone who have already purchased our cards. Our spring line 'Aurum Stria' is a limited edition print run, so when they are gone - they are gone!
Fantastic news!!!
I love the photo of the two of you!

Cons! This is great! Surely Papa Stour is one the coolest, loveliest on-line stores around. Your stuff looks just right for their space :)

Very exciting that your cards are at Papa Stour! And I like the idea of using them as a wedding gift, very special.
I was wondering if you are likely to come through to Edinburgh for the degree show (june 17-27) cause I'm organising (i use the word organise very loosely) for some of us Scottish bloggers to meet up and see each other and teh show together. If I can afford it I'd come and do the same in Glasgow.
If you like the idea of meeting up for it then leave a note on my blog post about Anna Gordon. I'll be way more likely to stay organised about it if all interested parties are listed in one place and it means you can link to each other's blogs if you are not already aquainted with them.
Rosie was teh year above me at Art College, iI wonder if she's coming down to scope the shows for fresh talent, I'll email her about that.
